What we do
We arrange unregulated bridging loans: short-term finance secured on investment and commercial property in England, for people buying at auction, refurbishing, exiting developments, or moving quickly on a purchase. We work with a wide panel of lenders, from bank-owned bridgers to private funds, and we choose the lender for the deal rather than the other way round.
Who is behind it
British Bridging Company is operated by Avantigo Capital, a specialist property finance business working with developers and landlords across the UK. The people who price your deal are the people who see it through to completion.
What we do not do
We do not arrange regulated mortgage contracts, including bridging loans on property that you or a family member live in or intend to live in. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. If your deal is regulated, we will tell you and point you to an FCA-authorised adviser.
