Unregulated bridging only
We arrange bridging loans for business and investment purposes on property that is not, and will not be, occupied by the borrower or a member of their family. We do not arrange regulated mortgage contracts and are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. If your circumstances mean a loan would be regulated, we will tell you and we will not proceed.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for taking your own legal and tax advice. Bridging finance is short term and comparatively expensive; borrowing without a realistic exit can put the security property at risk of repossession.
